As a person that was born and raised in Los Angeles, art is a big influence in my life. I started doodling and drawing from a very young age and early on I knew that I wanted to make my passion a career. I took the study of art to a personal level; never taking any drawing or illustration classes and instead teaching myself through trial and error. It was at the age of 17 that I discovered the world of graphic design. I knew that graphic design was the branch of art I wanted to pursue. I quickly learned many programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and I continue to sharpen my skills in them every day through practice and self given artistic goals. Since my graduation from high school in 2013 I have worked on many graphic design projects. These projects include logos, flyers, packaging, business cards, and clothing for clients ranging from a Nordstrom's fine jewelry line (www.bonylevy.com) to cast and crew of the Hunger Games and Fast and the Furious. I have over 3 years of experience working for professional companies and businesses and I am planning on earning my Associates in Arts degree for graphic design by the year 2016.
